HELLO TENSION!
Hello Tension is a tragicomedy by Lights Off Productions in Bangalore.
In humorous meta-style, the play portrays the struggles of a theatre troupe as they face one ‘tension’ after another…all woven in with a mythological twist.
With these themes in mind, we designed their main visual language.

Premier in Theatres
The most exciting part about this project was getting to see the work (life-size version!) at the box office on the day of the premier at Rangashankara theatre!
Sometimes the only connection between a play and its potential audience is a visual, and it was a pleasure to see this poster receive positive reviews not just on social media, but also offline.
We also collaborated with animator Jishnav Iyer to make an animated version of this poster.
